  • During your initial visit, you will come into our medical center to give your consent and to complete an enrollment visit. At this visit, we will perform a short physical assessment and collect biological specimens such as blood. We will also ask you to complete a questionnaire which can be done in person at your visit or sent to you electronically to be done at home.

Following that visit, there will be follow-ups every 3 months for up to 4 years. Most of the follow-ups will simply be additional questionnaires that can be done remotely from your home. Although, at 3 and 6 months and then yearly intervals, we will ask you to come in for an in-person visit to provide samples or complete other clinical testing.
